• Age 22 to 35 years

• Strong practical experience in Online Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital ad networks).

• Proven expertise or working knowledge in E-commerce operation and management.

• Ability to monitor campaign performance, optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and manage end-to-end sales pipelines.

• Facebook Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Marketing, GTM (Google Tag Manager), Meta Ads Manager, E-commerce Management.

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

2. Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube.

3. Manage and grow the company's presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

4. Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for website traffic growth.

5. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for all digital marketing campaigns.

6. Optimize sales funnels and lead generation efforts through targeted digital channels.
