Responsibilities for PS:
1. Personnel will be must honest & faith in task time & honorable Managing Director’s instructions & directions moment.
2. Expose diplomatic manner & tricks in official arena according to honorable Managing Director.
3. Generate, manage & maintain effective task Calendar & Schedule for honorable Managing Director according to prioritize, urgency & strategic aspect.
4. Receive all official files from employees of office & provide appropriate feedback according to honorable Managing Director’s order, instruction & direction.
5. Organize meetings, preparing agendas of meetings, collect notes from every meeting & submit all meeting reports to honorable Managing Director.
6. Present Confidentiality mentality according to honorable Managing Director’s instruction & direction.
7. Manage, maintain & Keeping Documentation & Record, Maintaining filing systems, and generate reports & arrange presentation at honorable Managing Director.
8. Operate Excellent communication system from top to bottom in the company.
9. Will be Proper flexible with honorable Managing Director in task time.
10. Employee must maintains & follows Schedule & Time management properly.
11. Employee must operates his / her performance through Organizational behavior & skills.
12. Have to sound knowledge in Strategic planning and scheduling maintaining & managing.
13. Employee will be good enough in Verbal and written communication skills.
14. Generate & ready any analytical task or report according to honorable Managing Director’s requirements through Critical thinking skills.
15. Try to Quick-learning, capturing & gather official matter from honorable Managing Director.
Quick adjustment ability in task time & with MD’s instructions.
16. Maintain proper hidden & confidential capability in report making time & area.
Responsibilities for Admin:
1. Proper assist & Support in Meeting.
2. Observation & maintenance official facility properly, managing inventory and proper ensure office supplies to ensure a fully functional workplace.
3. Provide Greeting to visitors and clients & proper ensure their demand and inform to superior in office.
4. Organizing company meetings, conferences, and internal events.
5. Maintain any regular basis official records & employee records
6. Basic knowledge in maintain budgeting operations
7. Provide Problem resolve’s capability & skills in unfavorable situation of office.
