POSITION OVERVIEWKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• On-Camera Presentation: Lead property walkthroughs and deliver engaging on-camera video presentations for Genex Properties' projects, including premier properties in Bashundhara Residential Area and other mega development sites.

• Fluent & Professional Communication: Articulate real estate features, plot details, floor plans, and architectural benefits in a clear, fluent, and compelling manner to prospective clients and digital audiences.

• Field Coverage & Travel: Travel to various project locations across Dhaka and outside Dhaka to conduct dedicated on-site video shoots and property showcases.

• Content Ideation & Script Support: Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to brainstorm innovative content concepts and assist in scripting high-converting property promotional videos.

• Punctuality & Dedication: Maintain strict adherence to filming schedules and deliver high-quality video presentations on time with utmost professional commitment.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Proven On-Camera Experience: Must have prior experience in video content creation, public speaking, or hosting real estate/lifestyle video presentations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken communication skills with a confident, fluent, and persuasive tone in front of the camera.

• Screen Presence & Personality: Smart, polished, professional appearance with a highly engaging and camera-friendly persona.

• Work Ethic: High level of dedication, time management skills, and a strong sense of ownership over project deliverables.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: TRAVEL FLEXIBILITY

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Candidates MUST BE FULLY PREPARED AND WILLING TO TRAVEL TO VARIOUS PROJECT LOCATIONS ACROSS DHAKA AND OUTSIDE DHAKA. Regular on-site field presentations outside Dhaka are an essential and mandatory component of this role.
