Experience:

• At most 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma

• Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Camera Raw, or Illustrator.

• Solid understanding of photography fundamentals: exposure, lighting, composition, white balance.

• Understanding of file formats, color spaces, resolution & DPI and print vs. web output.

• Experience writing scripts for tutorial or YouTube videos.

• Understanding of SEO, GEO & AEO concepts, search intent & semantic content.

• Ability to structure content for featured snippets & AI answers.

• Screenshot capture & basic image annotation skills.

• Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) as writing assistants, not replacements.

• Previous experience at an SEO or digital marketing agency.

Tutorial Writing & Technical Accuracy

• Write step by step photoshop tutorials: clipping path, background removal, masking, retouching, color correction, shadow creation, ghost mannequin, compositing, layers & blend modes, actions & batch editing.

• Write photography guides: Lighting setups, compositions, camera settings, product & e-commerce photography, & post processing workflows.

• Perform every step yourself in photoshop before publishing - document exact tool names, menu paths, keyboard shortcuts, & setting values.

• Capture & annotates screenshots, before/after comparisons, & supporting visuals for each step.

• Write for beginner to intermediate readers: short sentence, plain English, no unexplained jargon.

• Update existing tutorials whenever Adobe changes a tool, menu or interface.

SEO, GEO & AEO Optimization

• Write to target keywords & search intent provided by the SEO team.

• Structured content for featured snippets, ‘‘How-To” results, FAQs & answer based queries.

• Optimize tutorials for AI-driven search platforms (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini).

• Apply entity based & semantic SEO within technical content.

• Format content so How-To, FAQ & Article schema can be applied cleanly.

• Write title, Meta descriptions, headings, alt text, & internal links.

Planning & Collaboration

• Work with the SEO team on keyboard targeting, topic clusters, & the content calendar.

• Coordinate with the design & production team for tutorial images, GIFs, & sample files.

• Identify content gaps, SERP opportunities, AI visibility opportunities in the photo-editing niche.

• Publish & format content in WordPress.

• Refresh & re-optimize older tutorials to protect & improve rankings.

Quality & Deadlines

• Self-edit for grammar, clarity, factual accuracy & readability before submission.

• Follow the company style guide, brand tone & formatting standards.

• Meet daily & weekly output targets without compromising accuracy.
