Develop an end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring a high level of creativity and attention to detail in all design deliverables.

Generate innovative design concepts, incorporating distinctive style and philosophy.

Maintain a cohesive visual and brand identity throughout all marketing materials.

Collaborate closely with the branding team and stakeholders to align design strategies with overall marketing objectives and communicate design ideas effectively.

Provide art direction and constructive feedback to produce exceptional work.

Translate conceptual sketches into digital executions, maintaining fidelity to the original creative vision.

Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers, providing clear design briefs and ensuring their work aligns with Doreen’s branding and guideline.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring a seamless design workflow.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.

Conceptualize and develop video and motion content tailored to project and marketing requirements, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual identity and project theme.

Produce motion graphics work, translating design concepts into dynamic visual narratives that enhance engagement.

Capture photography of projects, sites, and required content, maintaining brand consistency and visual standards.

Support day-to-day operational activities as required, ensuring smooth workflow across teams.

Execute any other tasks assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
