• Proven experience as an IT Training Coordinator or in a similar role.

• Applicants must have 2-3 Years of Experience as IT Training Coordinator.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple training programs at once.

• Familiarity with IT training tools, LMS, or e-learning platforms.

• Plan, organize, and manage IT training programs.

• Coordinate between trainers, trainees, and management.

• Monitor training schedules and ensure timely delivery.

• Track participant progress and prepare performance reports.

• Manage training resources, facilities, and e-learning tools.
