Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in IT Service & Excellence.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industries will be preferred.

The Digital Asset Manager will be responsible to establish and manage an efficient, accurate, and compliant IT asset management function that ensures optimal utilization, availability, lifecycle control, and cost effectiveness of all technology assets across ACI.
What You Will Do
Maintain an accurate, centralized inventory of all IT hardware, software, licenses, subscriptions, and infrastructure assets.
Manage the complete asset lifecycle from procurement, tagging, allocation, maintenance, transfer, and disposal.
Ensure timely and efficient allocation of IT assets to employees, projects, and infrastructure requirements.
Monitor asset utilization and identify opportunities for reallocation, optimization, and cost reduction.
Coordinate with Procurement and vendors for purchases, warranties, renewals, and asset-related services.
Conduct regular physical audits, reconciliation, and compliance checks to ensure asset records remain accurate and audit-ready.
Coordinate with HR and IT teams for asset provisioning, transfer, upgrades, repairs, and recovery during employee movements.
Provide management with asset dashboards, utilization reports, lifecycle insights, and cost-efficiency analysis.
