Responsibilities & Context:
This position is responsible for supporting software development, ERP customization, database management, and business application solutions. The role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh CSE graduates to gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT and build a strong career in technology.
Assist in developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications.
Support customization, enhancement, and maintenance of ERP modules and business applications.
Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and business applications as required.
Support automation of existing business processes through technology solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, and user guides.
Provide application and ERP support to end users when required.
Monitor application performance and assist in resolving technical issues.
Participate in ERP implementation, system enhancement, and digital transformation projects.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, programming practices, and enterprise IT solutions.
Perform other IT & ERP-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
