Responsibilities & Context:
Planning and preparing detailed travel itineraries.
Arranging and booking transportation and accommodation services.
Managing tour budget and other finances.
Assisting clients with the visa application process.
Processing and confirming reservations Instructing travelers of safety procedures, travel essentials, and any other requirements.
Promoting and selling travel packages.
Welcoming travelers and announcing any important travel details Informing travelers of the arrival and departure time and ensuring compliance with the same.
Address any queries and complaints from the travelers Informing travelers of sightseeing and other tourist attractions.
Organizing and attending tourism events and exhibitions.
Maintaining and updating a record of all travel-related activities.
Obtaining journey feedback from travelers
