Flyger Academy-এর Air Ticketing & Reservation কোর্সের জন্য আমরা এমন একজন দক্ষ GDS Instructor খুঁজছি, যিনি Air Ticketing & Reservation-এর practical কাজ ভালোভাবে জানেন এবং beginner students-কে সহজ, structured ও hands-on পদ্ধতিতে শেখাতে সক্ষম।

Key Responsibilities

• Sabre GDS ব্যবহার করে Air Ticketing & Reservation-এর hands-on training প্রদান করা

• PNR Creation, Fare Calculation, Fare Rules, Ticket Issuance, Reissue ও Refund শেখানো

• Reservation ও ticketing workflow সহজভাবে explain ও demonstrate করা

• Students-এর practice, progress ও common mistakes পর্যবেক্ষণ করে প্রয়োজনীয় guidance দেওয়া

• Class effectively conduct করা এবং students-এর প্রশ্ন ও learning difficulties যথাযথভাবে handle করা

Requirements

• Sabre GDS-এ strong proficiency অবশ্যই থাকতে হবে

• Fluency in English language will get additional preference

• Amadeus অথবা Galileo-এর অন্তত একটিতে practical proficiency থাকতে হবে

• Air Ticketing & Reservation-এ minimum 2 years professional experience থাকতে হবে

• International Ticketing, PNR, Fare Calculation, Fare Rules, Reissue ও Refund সম্পর্কে ভালো knowledge থাকতে হবে

• Complex GDS ও ticketing concepts beginner students-কে সহজ ও structuredভাবে বুঝিয়ে শেখানোর সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে

• Practical demonstration, class delivery এবং student engagement effectively manage করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে

• ভালো communication ও presentation skill থাকতে হবে

• ভালো computer literacy এবং Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে

• Previous teaching বা training experience থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে

Educational Qualification

• Minimum HSC or equivalent

• Relevant GDS / Air Ticketing certification থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে

Salary

Negotiable, based on experience and expertise
