M/S Peoplescape is seeking a highly competent, experienced, and strategically driven Operational Manager to lead our complete overseas manpower recruitment and deployment operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overall project execution—from initial agreements to sourcing, training, medical clearance, government approvals, and departure support. The manager will lead a dedicated team and must possess thorough, hands-on knowledge of every step in the manpower export process.

Key Responsibilities & Context

• End-to-End Operational Execution: Master and execute every step of the complete manpower deployment pipeline.

• Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, train, and manage the internal recruitment and compliance team to achieve periodic deployment targets.

• Partner & Network Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas principals, foreign employers and recruiting source personnel.

• Regulatory & Government Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly comply with BMET regulations, BAIRA guidelines, foreign ministry norms, and labor laws.

• Worker Welfare & Reporting: Oversee worker orientation, grievance resolution, replacement guarantees, and present regular batch status reports to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s / Honors Degree in any discipline. (Note: Educational background is flexible for candidates with exceptional, proven industry experience).

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 8+ years of direct experience in overseas manpower recruitment, manpower export, or recruiting agencies.

Mandatory Experience & Competencies:

• RL Background: Must have past experience working in a BMET-licensed Recruiting Agency (RL) with thorough working knowledge of BMET and BAIRA operational frameworks.

• Full Process Knowledge: Thorough, practical understanding of every step required in exporting manpower from Bangladesh.

• Network & B2B Sourcing: Strong network with relevant stakeholders.

• Leadership & Target Management: Proven track record of managing operational teams and hitting deployment targets under pressure.

Compensation & Other Benefits

• Salary: BDT 80,000 – BDT 100,000 (Monthly)
