• Diploma

• 1 to 5 years

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At most 30 years
• Only Male

• 1–3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure during rush hours
• Honest, responsible, and well-organized
• Basic knowledge of POS system will be an advantage

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Candidates with restaurant backgrounds will get priority
• Team management and motivation
• Guest handling and service recovery
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Location: Any Branch as assigned (Anywhere in BD)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow

• Manage floor staff, waiters, and part-timers during shifts

• Ensure proper customer service and handle guest complaints professionally

• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline

• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for order accuracy and service timing

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance

• Prepare daily reports and assist branch management when required
