MDH Holidays is a fast-growing travel agency providing domestic & international tour packages, air ticket reservations, and visa processing services. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to handle ticket booking, reissuance, cancellations, and visa processing with accuracy and efficiency while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Book, reissue, and cancel domestic and international air tickets using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)

• Provide accurate information on tour packages, ticket fares, and visa requirements to clients

• Prepare, check, and submit visa processing documents for various countries

• Maintain regular communication with embassies, airlines, and other relevant authorities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure a high standard of customer service

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client data

• Follow company policies and operational procedures

• Stay updated on new travel routes, offers, and airline policies
