Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel clients about Europe visa & immigration opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries from prospective candidates
Build strong client relationships & stay active online
Achieve monthly sales and overseas recruitment targets.
Counsel candidates on overseas job opportunities, visa procedures, eligibility, and required documentation.
Convert inquiries into successful applications through effective follow-up and relationship building.
Assist candidates with document collection, application preparation, and submission.
Maintain accurate records of leads, candidate progress, and daily activities in the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the recruitment, processing, and operations teams to ensure smooth candidate placement.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and company compliance.
