About goFLY

goFLY is an IATA-accredited travel agency based in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, serving 10,000+ customers since 2017. We handle air ticketing, visa processing, holiday tour packages, and Umrah. We are hiring 2 responsible Travel Consultants who can grow into handling ticketing, tours, and visa — not just one desk.

The Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will handle client requests across our three verticals, quote accurately, coordinate with suppliers and airlines, and follow through until the customer travels. You should be strong in at least one of ticketing / tour / visa and genuinely eager to learn the other two — we will train you to handle all three.

Air Ticketing

- Search, quote, book, issue, reissue and refund air tickets (domestic & international).

- Understand fare rules, baggage, transit/visa requirements, and PNR handling.

- Work with GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre) and airline/consolidator portals.

Tour Packages

- Build and quote holiday packages (hotels, transfers, activities, air) for destinations such as Thailand, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, Singapore, Vietnam, etc.

- Prepare itineraries and cost sheets, coordinate with hotels/DMCs, and manage bookings through to travel.

- Handle group and family bookings with accurate, honest pricing.

Visa Processing

- Guide customers on document checklists and requirements for popular destinations (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Schengen, etc.).

- Prepare and review files, manage submission/appointments, and track application status.

Customer & Coordination

- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally on phone, WhatsApp, and in person.

- Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and follow-ups.

- Represent goFLY's standard of honest, reliable service.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years in a travel agency, strong in at least one vertical (ticketing / tour / visa), eager to master the rest.

- Ownership mindset, accuracy with numbers, and clear communication in Bangla & English.

- Reliable, organised, and calm under a busy workload.

Work Context

- On-site role at our Dhanmondi office. Working days: Saturday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (Friday off).

- Salary reviewed after probation.
