Job Responsibilities:

• Client Handling & Sales: Assist clients with travel inquiries, provide detailed package information, and drive sales for air tickets and tour packages.

• Visa Processing: Review required documents, prepare files accurately, and submit online applications for tourist visas.

• Tour Package Creation: Design and customize attractive domestic and international tour packages and itineraries.

• Vendor & Hotel Coordination: Communicate with hoteliers, airlines, and local vendors to secure bookings and deals.

• Customer Support: Handle customer queries promptly via phone, email, and social media with strong communication skills.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency with hands-on visa processing.

• Skills: Excellent communication (Bangla & English), computer literacy (MS Office, Internet Browsing), and strong sales ability.

• Education: HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Tourism background is a plus).
