Responsibilities & Context:
Client Coordination: Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and preparation for their Hajj and umrah journey.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary documents (passports, visas etc.) are processed accurately and timely.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for Umrah & Hajj pilgrims.
Itinerary Planning: Develop and communicate detailed travel itineraries to clients, ensuring all aspects of the pilgrimage are covered.
On-Ground Support: Provide support to pilgrims during their journey, addressing any issues or emergencies that may arise.
Vendor Management: Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers to secure the best deals and ensure quality services.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Saudi Arabian regulations and Hijaz Hajj Umrah Ltd. standards.
