Education:
  • Bachelor`s degree in any discipline. Civil Engineers and Commerce Graduates are encouraged to apply. A postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.

  • Retired government or bank officials with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Good networking in Government and development agencies like BGB, LGED, RHD, DPHE, HED, ECB, MES, City Corporation etc.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.

  • Strong networking abilities with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Good in negotiation.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within government, military, and construction sectors.

  • Manage all aspects of tender processes, financial operations including VAT, Taxation, financial reporting, pay orders.Attending tender and make proper demonstrations to represent the organization.

  • Identifying markets and business opportunities and arranging meetings with potential customers.Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the business development team.

  • Oversight of financial audits and compliance.Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, including government officials and private sector stakeholders.

  • Ensuring client satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and proactive communication.       

  • Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounts records, financial statements, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and procedural standards.Collaborate with the procurement team to streamline supplier payments and negotiate favorable terms.

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to taxation, VAT, and other financial matters.Coordinate with legal advisors and consultants on contracts, agreements, and other legal matters pertaining to business transactions.        

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
