  • Willingness to work in field-based assignments and travel extensively within the assigned territory as well as area.

  • Basic knowledge of crop protection inputs or crop farming practices will be an advantage.

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

  • Honesty, integrity, and commitment to company policies and ethical standards.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Prior experience in agro-based industries will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets within the designated territory as well as area.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, farmers, DAE Office and other key stakeholders.

  • Promote and represent the company’s crop protection solutions including Pesticide, Fertilizer & PGR.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in assigned areas.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies; report findings to management.

  • Provide technical guidance and product-related support to customers to ensure proper crop protection solution usage and satisfaction.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales, visit and collection reports accurately and on time.

  • Ensure effective product placement, visibility and brand representation in the market.

  • Follow company policies, procedures and ethical standards in all operational activities.

  • Participate in training programs, meetings, promotional campaigns and other assigned activities as required.
