Responsibilities & Context:

Innovera Holdings Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate Developer industry, with strong knowledge of property sales, client handling, lead generation, site visits, booking/closing and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by management.

• Generate sales leads through various channels, including direct marketing, referrals, digital platforms and corporate networking.

• Handle prospective clients professionally and understand their property requirements.

• Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.

• Present project details, pricing, payment schedules, facilities and other relevant information to clients.

• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Negotiate with clients within approved company policies and commercial guidelines.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, booking documents and other required sales-related documents.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices and customer preferences.

• Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, corporate events and promotional campaigns.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
