• In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Land Laws and registration processes.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Fluency in Bengali (required) and English (preferred).

• Ability to travel frequently to potential sites.

We are seeking a strategic and high-energy professional to join our Land Acquisition Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prime land opportunities, conducting due diligence, and negotiating deals that align with our company's growth strategy. If you have a deep understanding of the Bangladeshi land market and a knack for networking, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Land Sourcing: Identify and scout for potential land/plots for residential or commercial projects in strategic locations.

Feasibility Analysis: Conduct initial site visits and evaluate land potential based on location, surroundings, and market demand.

Legal Due Diligence: Coordinate with the legal team to verify land titles, deeds, CS/SA/RS/BS Porcha and ensure the property is free from encumbrances.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with landowners to secure favorable terms and manage the documentation process until final registration.

Market Research: Stay updated on current land prices, government regulations, and competitor movements.
