Responsibilities & Context:
Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
Find and follow up with potential customers through calls, referrals, social media, and walk-ins
Explain interior design concepts, materials, furniture, finishes, and packages.
Prepare quotations, estimates, and customized interior solutions based on client needs.
Negotiate pricing, address objections, and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
Regularly follow up with prospects and existing clients regarding proposals, payments, and project progress.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue.
Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, competitors, and pricing.
Keep records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
