Education: Graduation or Diploma in Business Management or a relevant field·
Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience in Paint, Hardware, FMCG, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills·
Good command of English, particularly reading and writing·
Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently·
Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and be willing to ride a motorcycle for work.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
Identify and appoint new dealers while managing existing dealer networks
Effectively monitor and manage credit receivables
Conduct regular market and dealer visits to drive sales and product visibility
Gather market and customer insights and share feedback with relevant internal teams
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network
Deliver effective sales presentations and negotiate commercial deals
Implement company policies, sales strategies, and trade promotions effectively
Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
