Responsibilities & Context:
Visit dealers to verify collections and settlements with company statements.
Conduct surprise dealer visits as per company requirements
Collect balance confirmations from dealers & Perform field audits and account verification
Follow up on outstanding payments with dealers and sales personnel
Ensure dealer outstanding ageing does not exceed 60 days
Recover uncollectable dues or arrange return of goods to adjust outstanding balances
Prepare monthly dealer evaluation reports for management
Manage dealer handover with proper documentation and signatures (existing & new sales staff)
Submit weekly visit reports to Head Office and prepare weekly plans
Attend weekly meetings at Head Office
Maintain proper documentation (manual & system-based)
Work under pressure and meet deadlines
Report to the Finance Department
