Experience:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
রিয়েল এস্টেট প্রজেক্ট বা প্লট বিক্রয়ে সরাসরি অভিজ্ঞতা থাকা আবশ্যক।
Responsibilities & Context:
রিয়েল এস্টেট/প্লট বুকিংয়ের জন্য সেলস টিম পরিচালনা করা এবং টিমের পারফরম্যান্স নিশ্চিত করা।
সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের (Inbound & Outbound) সাথে কার্যকর যোগাযোগ স্থাপন এবং সাইট ভিজিটের (Site Visit) ব্যবস্থা করা।
কোম্পানির বার্ষিক ও মাসিক বিক্রয়ের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা (Sales Target) অর্জন করা।
ফেসবুক ক্যাম্পেইন এর মাধ্যমে প্রাপ্ত লিড ফলোআপ করা।
গ্রাহকদের সাথে চুক্তি সম্পাদন, বুকিং সংক্রান্ত কাজ পরিচালনা এবং বিক্রয় পরবর্তী সেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
