Experience

0–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, corporate sales, or client relationship management.

Experience in a consultancy firm, engineering company, valuation firm, real estate organization, or financial institution will be highly preferred.

Proven track record of achieving business development and sales targets.

Required Skills

Strong business networking and relationship-building abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.

Knowledge of consultancy services, project management, and corporate marketing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing professional network within banks, financial institutions, corporate organizations, government agencies, or development partners.

Experience in preparing tender documents and consultancy proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, corporate clients, government organizations, Law chambers and developers.
• Promote the company's consultancy services and prepare customized business proposals.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and tender submissions.
• Coordinate meetings, client presentations, and negotiations.
• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent the company at business meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Maintain an updated CRM, CAD etc database and submit regular business activity reports.
• Support branding initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.
