Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Applicant must have Degree (Diploma/B.Sc) in Survey, Civil Engineering, Architecture etc. from any reputed and govt. recognized Institution.
• Applicant having Certificate on Amin-ship from Bangladesh Technical Education Board will be given preference.

• Age 20 to 30 years

Experience

• Working experience in any corporate office such as Bank/Non-Banking Financial Institution/Law Chamber/Real Estate Company/ Inspection, Survey & Valuation Company/Insurance Company etc.
• Freshers willing to develop career in Surveying are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirement

• Good numeracy skills and the ability to make mathematical calculation.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must have adequate knowledge in Computer along with strong command on MS office.
• Understanding of land/property related documents.
• Skills and experience of operating Auto CAD (2D, 3D) is preferable.
• Experience in digital survey through digital Theodolite & Automatic Level Survey Instrument is preferable.

Job Context

We are looking for a qualified land surveyor to be responsible for Survey, Inspection & Valuation. Candidate is a professional who can identify and measure property boundaries as well as ability to measure land, building, flat etc. Candidates will be trained to operate specialized equipment to accurately determine land measurements and create maps and reports of survey results.

Location: Dhaka and major cities outside Dhaka

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting Survey, Inspection & Valuation of property.
• Preparing and drawing sketches, maps and reports on survey.
• Verifying data and calculations.
• Recording results of surveys as per prescribed formats.
• Calculating the measurements of sites.
• Writing descriptions of property boundaries.
• Understanding legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.

Salary Review: Yearly (based on performance) Festival Bonus: Yearly 2 (two), each equivalent to one month`s basic Monthly Mobile Allowance Two-day weekly holiday TA/DA (at actual) for field visit
