∎ Proven knowledge and expertise in overseeing end-to-end HR outsourcing processes
∎ Stakeholder management and maintain close relationship with the key persons of the clients.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
∎ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Proficient in conflict management and promoting teamwork, with an emphasis on sustaining employee motivation and morale
