Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement HR strategy, policy, and enforce alignment

  • HC Fulfilment

  • HC ratio controlling

  • Evaluation Wage trend in similar markets

  • Ensure factory operation run smoothly by implementing grievance mechanism.

  • Attendance improvement

  • Control employee turnover

  • Initiate Employee care programs

  • Monitor factory discipline and take disciplinary actions

  • Resolve conflicts

  • Enhance employer branding

  • Coach & develop staff to enable them to achieve performance goals and enjoy their work life

  • Ensure accountability and transparency in all levels of factory operation

  • Evaluate and improve employee performance.

  • Initiate activities to enhance employee performance

  • Evaluate employee JDs and suggest changes where necessary. Standardize and synchronize JD with Roles and responsibilities with positions.

  • Implement aligned recruitment systems with CHR

  • Update and Suggest the

  • Implement and keep the factory up to date to updated labor regulations.

  • Look after the cases in the labor court and follow up until get the verdict

  • Verify the employee actions are following company policy and labor laws with compliance.

  • Generate different HR reports on time to facilitate the development of HR Strategies.

  • HC budgeting

  • HC Projection

  • Prepare HR benchmarking and metrics for management references and decision-making purposes

  • Develop HR systems as per ISO 9001:2015/Update QMS systems etc.

  • Familiar with Labor Law and strong legal sense both in local & international context

  • Knowledge of overall functions of HR and Organization Development including Compensation & Benefits, Disciplinary procedure, Organization structure, etc.

  • Hands on experience on maintaining HRIS

  • Possesses good interpersonal skills
