Responsibilities & Context:

Design & Develop Training Program:

  • To design/ localization training material to ensure learning curriculum for C & W level.

  • To develop and design new training modules/ materials for employees as per requirement from reporting Manager.

  • To translate training and development documents in local language.

  • To make & manage all strategy & training plan for BD factories

  • To ensure master trainer development pool for RISE training.

  • To arrange and engage on appropriate festival observation which is applicable in Crystal BD.

 

Coordinate & Conduct Management Employee Training  

  • To deliver and coordinate soft skills (i.e. Effective communication, Multidimensional thinking, Time and work management, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence, 7 habits, Team work and DISC), Hard skills others (i.e. Microsoft Office, English, on job training) and Integration skills (i.e. Company culture, Orientation,…) training courses to officer and manager level.

  • To lead and execute all training and development programs/ courses follow direction from Corporate/ Line/ Company.

  • To execute all activities of talent pool development curriculum in all factories of BD.

  • To coordinate new joiner on boarding programs.

  • To lead and deliver RISE, GBV, Female Leadership training to all factories in BD.

Coordinate & Conduct Non-Management Employee Training

  • To coordinate all C & W grade employees awareness training (i.e. 6s, Occupational health and safety, First aider, Fire safety, Prevention of sexual harassments and discrimination, Company CoC, Buyer CoC, Environment management system, Waste Management etc.) and Hard skill Production (i.e. Common Defect View & Analysis, 4 point Checking System, About Fabric Shading Issue, Fabric Cutting Plan Issue and Shading Control) training yearly.

  • Conduct buyer required training.

  • Organizing Campaign.

 

Training Evaluation

  • To prepare and archive all documents and report regarding training.

  • To execute & manage all training evaluation result.

 

Others

  • Any other task assigned by management.
