Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the Finished Goods Warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, packing, and dispatch of finished garments.

• Ensure timely receipt of finished goods from the production and finishing departments with accurate quantity and quality verification.

• Develop warehouse strategies to optimize storage utilization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

• Monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure shipment readiness according to customer delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning (PPC), Production, Quality, Commercial, Logistics, and Shipping teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific packing requirements, carton marking, barcode labeling, polybag standards, and shipping instructions for brands such as M&S, H&M, GAP, Lane Bryant (LBY), and Victoria's Secret.

• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and physical inventory audits.

• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable and maintain complete inventory traceability.

• Review shipment documentation, packing lists, carton manifests, and warehouse reports for accuracy.

• Identify warehouse process improvements to minimize handling damage, shipment delays, and operational costs.

• Lead investigations into inventory discrepancies, shipment shortages, and warehouse non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, health and safety regulations, and warehouse security procedures.

• Manage and develop warehouse supervisors, officers, storekeepers, and support staff through coaching and performance management.

• Prepare and present warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, shipment performance, productivity, and operational efficiency, to senior management.
