Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of knitting machines, yarn properties, and fabric construction.
Good understanding of fabric defects, GSM control, and quality assurance.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
Leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
Good computer skills and production reporting knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily knitting production and ensure achievement of production targets.
Monitor machine performance, utilization, efficiency, and preventive maintenance.
Identify and troubleshoot knitting-related technical issues and fabric defects.
Ensure fabric quality according to buyer specifications and approved standards.
Monitor GSM, loop length, yarn consumption, fabric construction, and production efficiency.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Dyeing departments.
Develop corrective and preventive actions to minimize fabric defects and production losses.
Control yarn wastage, machine downtime, and operational costs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and technical performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and operational procedures.
Lead, motivate, and develop the technical team.
