Education:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HRM, management, public administration, finance or relevant subjects.     

Professional certification on relevant function will be added as an advantage.       

Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.         

Stakeholder management and influencing skills.       

Culture building and employee engagement.       

Project and change management.       

Strong communication, leadership, tech and presentation skills

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years

Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in Organization Development, PMS, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partnering role, preferably in service, hospitality, tourism, or real estate industry.

Organizational Development, L&D, Performance Management, Talent Management.       

HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and Bangladesh labor compliance.       

Succession Planning and Change Management.       

Service, hospitality, tourism, or real estate workforce environments.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Support goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles

  • Analyze performance data and recommend improvements

  • Design and implement organizational development initiatives aligned with business strategy

  • Identify organizational gaps and recommend structural or behavioral interventions

  • Support workforce capability building and organizational effectiveness

  • Lead and support change management initiatives across the organization

  • Develop change frameworks, communication plans, and adoption strategies

  • Monitor and evaluate change impact and effectiveness

  • Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and core values

  • Ensure alignment of employee behavior with company values

  • Conduct culture assessments and engagement interventions

  • Identify training needs and develop learning & development programs

  • Oversee training calendars, content development, and delivery

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI

  • Develop and maintain succession planning frameworks

  • Identify high-potential employees and critical roles

  • Support leadership pipeline development

  • Collaborate with department heads to align OD and L&D initiatives with business needs

  • Act as a strategic HR partner for internal stakeholders

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams

  • Support implementation of employee health and safety policies and practices

  • Promote awareness programs and ensure compliance with safety standards

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain a safe workplace

  • Developing and updating HR policies and governance frameworks

  • Ensure policies are communicated and implemented effectively

  • Monitor adherence and recommend improvements
