Education:
  • BBA / graduation from any discipline. HRM or graduation in relevant flied will be added as an advantage.·       

  • Talent acquisition lifecycle and recruitment best practices·       

  • Core HR functions and employee lifecycle management·       

  • Bangladesh labor laws and compliance basics· 

  • Interviewing techniques, market mapping, and salary benchmarking·       

  • Organizational structure and workforce planning

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • 4-6 Years Minimum 2 years in talent acquisition·       

  • Experience in relevant industry will be added as an advantage 



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Support candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of recruitment processes

  • Contribute to maintaining a strong talent pipeline

  • Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives

  • Support content creation and employer visibility across recruitment platforms

  • Contribute to enhancing the organization's employer value proposition (EVP)

  • Assist in manpower planning and workforce forecasting activities

  • Support data collection and analysis related to workforce requirements

  • Coordinate with departments to track hiring needs

  • Assist in implementing diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization

  • Support awareness programs and inclusive hiring practices

  • Contribute to tracking diversity-related metrics

  • Ensure planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives

  • Design and implement engagement activities, events, and programs

  • Monitor engagement levels and recommend improvements

  • Ensure effective management of employee relations matters

  • Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment

  • Support conflict resolution and promote fair practices

  • Ensure effective internal communication across the organization

  • Prepare and circulate internal announcements, notices, and updates

  • Coordinate communication between management and employees

  • Ensure smooth execution of employee orientation and onboarding programs

  • Facilitate new joiner integration and experience, maintain orientation materials and schedules

  • Ensure all organograms are up-to-date and aligned with organizational changes

  • Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining job descriptions
