Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure end-to-end follow-up for UNIQLO (UQ) accounts.

• Manage development processes and ensure smooth bulk shipment arrangements.

• Prepare and execute TNA (Time & Action) plans and ensure on-time delivery.

• Lead daily production meetings for UQ customers and ensure team alignment.

• Follow up on CPM (Critical Path Management) and maintain inventory tracking.

• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to finalize lab dips, quantities, and timelines.

• Plan and implement merchandising strategies aligning customer expectations with company goals.

• Ensure smooth and timely shipment processes while maintaining compliance.

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate production and planning data.

• Identify production risks and proactively take corrective actions.
