• Honors / B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent.

• Preferred background: Textile Engineering / IPE / Science.

• Age At least 26 years

• Knowledge of cutting planning and loading systems.

• Knowledge of fabric relaxation and spreading SOPs.

• Strong understanding of cutting processes.

• CAD and Marker knowledge.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge/interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital manufacturing systems will be an advantage.

1. Prepare daily and weekly cutting schedules based on sewing requirements.

2. Develop visual table-loading plans based on production demand and capacity.

3. Verify fabric relaxation readiness, marker approvals, and technical files before cutting.

4. Coordinate Fabric Kanban release to allocated cutting tables.

5. Organize cut-job packages and ensure proper staging.

6. Monitor spreading and cutting progress, table utilization, WIP accumulation, panel recut requests, and bundle transfers.

7. Identify material supply delays and operational bottlenecks.

8. Analyze cutting performance and recommend corrective actions.

9. Coordinate with Production, IE, Planning, and Cutting teams to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
