Education:
Honors / B.Sc. in Engineering.Preferred background : Textile Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE).

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 28 years
Experience in RMG/apparel manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge of operational planning and team allocation software systems.
Understanding of pull-planning, allocation, and workload-leveling logic.
Product family segmentation and workforce competency matching.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge/interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital manufacturing systems will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Allocate production orders to sewing teams based on product family, production capacity, and workforce competency.
Verify team manpower, machinery, specialized attachments, and workplace readiness before order release.
Sequence production orders to minimize changeover complexity and maintain balanced team loading.
Support Master Order Changeover Meetings and ensure appropriate Product Family assignment.
Monitor actual team loading against planned capacity.
Identify capacity gaps and reallocate production orders to recover lost capacity.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to ensure smooth order flow.
Analyze production loading and capacity utilization to support effective planning decisions.
Maintain accurate planning records and reports.
