Responsibilities & Context:
Execute 45-day preventive maintenance cycles and routine machine inspections.
Inspect, calibrate, and verify machine conditions before production order release.
Ensure compliance with TPM standards and maintenance procedures.
Train mechanics, cell leaders, and operators on daily machine maintenance and 5S practices.
Analyze recurring machine failures and coordinate permanent corrective actions.
Maintain TPM display boards, equipment service logs, maintenance history, and audit records.
Monitor machinery performance and identify potential breakdown risks.
Support autonomous maintenance initiatives across production floors.
Coordinate with the Maintenance team to improve machine availability and reduce downtime.
