• B.Sc. in Engineering, preferably Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Washing Factory

• Age At least 26 years

• Experience in RMG/apparel manufacturing or industrial analytics will be an advantage.

  Additional Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python.

• Performance Intelligence System (PIS) and digital dashboard administration.

• Manufacturing data analytics and target/tolerance modeling.

• Root-cause trend analysis and time-loss analytics.

• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.

• Knowledge/interest in Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics.

1. Configure approved production targets, formulas, and tolerance thresholds in the Performance Intelligence System (PIS).

2. Administer real-time digital KPI dashboards, floor visibility systems, and monitoring platforms.

3. Collect and analyze operational deviations, time-loss trends, and capacity erosion data.

4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical performance reports for management review.

5. Maintain engineering databases, historical performance records, digital logs, and standardized data structures.

6. Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and root causes.

7. Support management with data-driven insights for productivity and efficiency improvement.

8. Develop and maintain accurate KPI dashboards and performance monitoring tools.

9. Collaborate with IE, Production, and Management teams to improve data-based decision making.
