• Strong technical understanding of textile and garment manufacturing.

• Proven experience in developing garment sampling programs and converting them into production orders.

• Experience in woven garments is required.

• Dress shirt development and production experience will be considered a strong advantage.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

About the Role

American Buying Office is looking for an experienced garment professional who can independently manage the complete product development process—from sample development to bulk production. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and commercial knowledge of the textile and garment industry, be capable of managing multiple responsibilities, and effectively coordinate with factories, suppliers, buyers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product development cycle from sampling to production.

• Develop and execute effective garment sampling programs.

• Successfully convert sampling programs into production orders.

• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor production timelines, quality, and delivery performance.

• Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure efficient execution by supporting team members and external resources where appropriate.

• Communicate confidently with buyers, vendors, and manufacturing partners.

• Identify and resolve production and development challenges in a timely manner.

• Salary: BDT 60,000 – 150,000 per month (depending on experience)

• Performance Bonus
