Responsibilities & Context:
Provide hands-on technical support to operators regarding machinery operation and approved work methods.
Coach operators on technical standards, standardized work methods, and economic motions.
Identify operator skill gaps and provide targeted on-the-job technical coaching.
Support operators during style/order changeovers to achieve efficient startup performance.
Monitor compliance with workplace organization, handling discipline, and approved operating procedures.
Assist production teams in resolving technical and method-related issues.
Support continuous improvement of sewing methods and operator efficiency.
Conduct method and process audits and provide corrective recommendations.
Coordinate with Production and IE teams to improve technical performance and productivity.
