Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Business Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
Additional certification/training in costing or data analytics will be an added advantage.

Working knowledge of Power BI is required for dashboard building and data reporting.
Strong analytical skills with sound knowledge of fabric, trims, and garment costing methods.
Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and MS Office in general.
Good understanding of production processes and cost structures in the apparel industry.
Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Well-organized, proactive, and a team player.

Le REVE is a renowned local fashion boutique house in Bangladesh, known for its distinctive designs and quality craftsmanship in ready-made and boutique-style apparel. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Sr. Executive, Costing to join our costing team.
Le REVE is seeking an experienced Executive /Sr. Executive, Costing to prepare accurate cost sheets, analyze pricing, and support data-driven decision-making using costing and reporting tools, including Power BI.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyse production efficiency, Line performance.
Collect data from production & Merchandiser.
Prepared daily, weekly & monthly report.
Analyse historical data to improve future planning.
Provide data support for decision making.
Use formulas, Pivot table & Charts for analysis.
Maintain Costing file, Records & MIS Reports.
Prepare cost analysis report for management.
