• Strong portfolio showcasing men’s and/or women’s wear collections

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes

• Excellent sense of color, styling, and detail

Context:

We are seeking a highly creative and commercially aware Designer / Senior Designer to develop trend-driven and market-relevant collections for men’s and/or women’s wear. The role involves translating global and local fashion trends into commercially successful retail products aligned with the brand’s identity and customer preferences in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the design team in developing seasonal concept & collection.

• Research trends, fabrics, trims, washes and colour platters to inform designs.

• Create mood board, colour stories and visual for collection.

• Assist fittings to ensure garments fit, constriction quality and brand standard.

• Collaborate with production and suppliers to ensure design execution.

• Prepare technical sketches & design specification for sample development.

• Participate in campaign shoots, styling and visual storytelling.

• Maintain organized archives of samples, materials & Design documentation.

• Stay updated on design technique, materials & Industry trends.
