Responsibilities & Context:
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, business development and corporate communications, requiring a versatile individual who can lead cross-functional projects and drive results. The ideal candidate is a research-driven, creative thinker with strong copywriting expertise and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across multiple departments
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Copywriting & Content Development
• Craft research-based, sales-focused copywriting on a daily basis to support business objectives and drive conversions.
• Develop powerful concepts across channels and events that drive sales and strengthen brand image.
• Develop comprehensive website content, including copy for international teams, blogs, news articles, and PR materials.
• Conduct SEO-based research and maintain ongoing liaison with platforms to ensure the website consistently ranks at the top of Google and is optimised for Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
2. Brand Campaigns & Thought Leadership
• Design and execute various Campaigns in both English and Bangla.
• Support design-focused social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn) to strengthen brand visibility.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Strategy
• Collaborate regularly with Business Development, Sales, D&T, Supply Chain, and Finance teams on strategic projects.
4. Data Driven Works
• Receive important data from relevant departments, analyze and organize it, and convert it into various communication assets and prepare them for execution teams.
• Prepare various query files, get them filled up, prepare product specification sheets.
5. Quality Assurance & Operations Support
• Perform proofreading for monthly content, presentations (PPT), and other corporate materials.
• Conduct manual checks on product shipments from the factory to ensure quality standards.
