  • Strong communication and Coordination skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, email and digital calendars.

  • Willingness to handle both official and assigned personal/family Coordination responsibilities.

  • Ability to handle sensitive business, financial, personal and family information with strict confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Official Documentation & Records Management

  • Maintain proper tracking, filing, and records of important official documents related to the CEO.

  • Monitor document status, current holder/location, pending actions, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

  • Coordinate document movement and follow up with concerned individuals as required.

  • Ensure proper confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive and confidential documents.

2. Calendar, Schedule & Meeting Management

  • Maintain and manage the CEO’s daily, weekly, and upcoming calendar and schedule.

  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and engagements.

  • Confirm meeting details, including date, time, venue, and participants.

  • Coordinate appointments based on the CEO’s availability and provide confirmation to relevant parties.

  • Identify potential schedule conflicts in advance and Coordinate rescheduling when required.

  • Provide timely reminders regarding important meetings, appointments, deadlines, and commitments.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of or as instructed by the CEO.

  • Coordinate follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp/messages, email, and other appropriate communication channels.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other communications as directed by the CEO.

  • Ensure important messages, requests, and updates are promptly brought to the CEO’s attention.

4. Visa, Travel & Related Coordination

  • Coordinate the CEO’s visa applications, renewals, and related documentation.

  • Liaise and follow up with embassies, visa centers, travel agencies, and other relevant parties.

  • Maintain records and track the validity and expiry dates of passports, visas, and other travel-related documents.

  • Coordinate travel documentation and related arrangements as required.

5. School-Related Coordination

  • Track and coordinate timely payment of school tuition fees and other designated school-related expenses for the CEO’s children.

  • Maintain payment deadlines and relevant receipts or records.

  • Handle necessary school-related administrative Coordination as instructed by the CEO.

6. Household Grocery & Essential Supplies Coordination

  • Coordinate the timely availability of regular groceries and essential household supplies for the CEO’s residence.

  • Maintain a simple tracking system for household requirements, grocery lists, purchases, and replenishment.

  • Coordinate purchasing through the household guard, support staff, or other designated persons when physical purchase by the PA is not required.

  • Monitor consumption and initiate replenishment before essential items run out.

7. General Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and Coordination support to the CEO as required.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, organization, and attention to detail while handling personal and official matters.

  • Perform other relevant duties and assignments entrusted by the CEO from time to time.
