We're hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer / Team Lead to own design at Living Colors Studio in Dhaka. You'll lead work across digital products, AI-powered tools, dashboards, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and brand websites, and help set up the design function from scratch.

You'll work close to the founders, developers, AI consultants, and the business team, taking ideas from rough concept to shipped product, and pulling other designers up with you.

What you'll own

Design leadership
Set the design standard and quality bar across every product we ship. Build and evolve our design system. Mentor junior designers. Run design reviews.

Product design (web, mobile, AI)
Design interfaces for web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, SaaS products, and AI-powered tools. Run end-to-end design: research → flows → wireframes → prototypes → high-fidelity UI → design QA. Design mobile experiences that feel native on iOS and Android.

Brand and marketing web
Lead design for brand sites, landing pages, and product marketing pages. Translate brand identity into consistent web experiences. Design for conversion.

What we need

Required: 5+ years UI/UX, strong Figma, solid UI fundamentals, proven mobile app design (iOS and Android), proven brand websites / landing pages, portfolio of shipped product work with full case studies, comfortable leading design decisions, experience working with developers through build and QA.

Preferred: Prior team-lead / senior / staff role, end-to-end mobile app work, SaaS and complex dashboards, AI products, CRM / analytics/enterprise dashboards, design systems at scale, usability testing, basic HTML/CSS, startup background.

How we screen

We don't care much about certificates. We care how you think.

Portfolio should have 3+ digital product / UI / UX projects with end-to-end case studies, ideally a mix of web product, mobile app, and brand website / landing page work. Expect to walk through a project in depth in the interview: problem, research, process, reasoning behind key calls.

What we look for: Problem → Research → User flow → Wireframe → Final UI → Reasoning

We also want to see some signal of leadership, even informal: mentoring, setting a standard, owning a system, or driving a product decision end-to-end.
