We are looking for a high-performing Manager, Sales to lead our international sales strategy, manage the sales team, and drive aggressive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution ability and proven experience in B2B international sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
• Lead and execute global sales strategy targeting US & European markets
• Achieve aggressive annual revenue growth targets
• Develop and implement lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and expand international client base
Client Acquisition & Communication
• Conduct outbound sales (calls, emails, presentations) to international clients
• Deliver compelling sales pitches in fluent English
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
Team Leadership
• Lead, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement • Foster a high-performance, accountable sales culture
Marketing & Budget Management
• Plan and manage marketing budgets with ROI-focused execution
• Oversee digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, social media)
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with business goals
• Ensure cost-effective customer acquisition strategies
Reporting & Forecasting
• Provide weekly sales reports, forecasts, and insights
• Develop periodic business plans aligned with revenue goals
• Track key metrics and present performance reports to management
Requirements Education & Experience
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
• Proven track record in B2B international sales
• Experience in creative, digital, or outsourcing industry is highly preferred
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO & PPC
