• Age 25 to 50 years

1. Order Securing: Meeting with apparel buying houses, garment factory merchants, and brand sourcing teams to win supply contracts.

2. Nomination Acquisition: Pitching to global clothing brands (like H&M, Zara, or Walmart) to become a "nominated supplier" for their global garment manufacturing network.

3. Working with the internal production plant to calculate the cost of accessory raw materials.

4. Setting the final wholesale price matrix to stay competitive while meeting company profit margins.

5. Reviewing the structural garment blueprints, dimensions, and artwork sent by the buyer.

6. : Ensuring sample quality hits the exact color standard (lab dips) and tolerance specs to pass buyer inspection on the first submission.

7. Handing off approved order sheets to the factory production floor and coordinating raw material inventory.

8. Monitoring internal assembly lines daily to ensure thousands of accessory units are completed within strict lead times.

9. Working for Payment like LC, UD, Maturity, on time payment Collection.

10. Acheive monthly sales Target.
