Responsibilities & Context:

Key Accountabilities :

Development stage:

       i. To follow up initial/development lab dip.

      ii. Check the development lab dip and give internal approval.

Sample stage:

    iii. To check lab dip and give internal approval.

    iv. Coordinating to Issue all style’s internal test report.

     v. Follow up all third party labs for smooth testing procedure.

  vi. Check all kinds’ trims i.e. twill tape, neck tape, sewing thread, button, zipper etc.

Others:

  vii. Checking buyer wise test prices.

viii. Follow up in house testing lab.

    ix. Maintaining all kinds of color standards.   

Job will take over within four months :

Development stage:

  i. Check the development fabric gives internal approval.

 ii. Check development garment wash.

Sample stage:

 i. Check sample/ PP fabric/dye lot and give internal approval.

Bulk stage:

 i. Check bulk blanket.

ii. Check bulk shade trim card.

iii. Check individual fabric roll/yarn lot.

iv. Give approval for bulk cutting.

v. Give approval for bulk washing.

vi. Check bulk washing shade before sending to buyer approval.

vii. Check bulk hanger before sending to buyer.

viii. Check technical hanger before sending to buyer.

ix. Give solution for failed test.

Others:

i. Trouble shooting of all kinds of fabric/yarn color & quality issues.

ii. Coordinate with merchant team for tacking approval from buyer.

iii. Coordinating with fabric suppliers for color & quality issues.

iv. Coordinating with all buyers for color & quality issues.
