Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law.
Conduct Induction/Orientation program of new join workers.
To maintain coordination with the concerned HR, Admin, Factory Head.
To provide them appreciation & participation in sports, games, social & cultural events.
Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & 2022.
To counsel the absentee workers as referred by the HR section, in view to reduce absenteeism & turnover.
To counsel the workers on general issues like company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and discipline. To counsel workers on disciplinary and safety health & hygiene issues.
Take care of workers, special care of pregnant & injured workers. Counseling and follow up pregnant workers.
Asst. for any kind of compliance audit as per buyer COC & standard with correction CAP.
